These delectable little treats are so ridiculously easy, yet absolute SHOWSTOPPERS y’all🤩. With a thick chocolate peanut fudge layer atop a sweet, chewy, oatmeal and honey crust, you will be blown away by the dizzyingly deliciousness of these little bars. We like to make these with Ghirardeli’s allergy friendly dark chocolate chips and Bob’s gluten free whole oats. It’s hard to believe they’re gluten free AND vegan. We hope you love them every bit as much as we do!

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13×9 inch pan.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in the oats. Spread into the baking pan and pack it down so it’s firm. Bake for 15 minutes then let it cool.
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour over the oat crust and spread evenly. Top with sea salt (make sure you add the sea salt before the chocolate hardens).
