Ingredients
  

  • cup vegan butter room temp
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups whole gluten free oats
  • ½ bag dairy free chocolate chips
  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1-2 pinches of flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Beat the butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in the oats. Spread into the baking pan and pack it down so it's firm. Bake for 15 minutes then let it cool.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Pour over the oat crust and spread evenly. Top with sea salt (make sure you add the sea salt before the chocolate hardens).
