Baked Goat Brie with Fig + Rosemary

Ingredients
  

  • 1 block of goat brie cheese check out Aldi
  • cup fig jam also Aldi 😉
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves chopped
  • 1-2 pinches flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Place the brie in a small baking dish. Gently spread the fig jam on top. Layer the pecans on top. Sprinkle the rosemary and sea salt on top as well.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Keep an eye on the cheese and check on it regularly. If it gets too hot it’ll melt all over the pan. It’s not the end of the world if this happens, it just doesn’t look quite as pretty. Serve immediately with your favorite GF crackers. Enjoy!
